Do you need power and water access?
We arrive self-contained for most jobs. For larger services or parkade work, let us know what’s available at your location and we’ll confirm requirements when you book.
Can you work in an underground parkade?
Yes — this is a significant part of what we do, and it’s how we keep working through Vancouver winters. We’ll confirm access and approval with your building beforehand.
How long does a full detail take?
Roughly four to five hours for a Full Detail depending on vehicle size and condition. Paint correction is a one to two day service.
What if my vehicle is worse than average?
We assess on arrival and quote any additional work before starting. Pet hair, heavy soiling and mould carry add-on pricing, and you’ll always agree the number before we begin.
What’s the difference between a sealant and a ceramic coating?
A sealant is a sacrificial layer measured in months. A ceramic coating chemically bonds to the clear coat and lasts years, with far stronger chemical and UV resistance. Coating also requires paint to be corrected first, since it locks in whatever finish is underneath.
Do you offer paint protection film?
Not currently — PPF is a different trade requiring a controlled install environment. We’d rather refer you to a specialist than do it half well.
